3
Your CV

It would be best to make a résumé for each job you seek rather than using a standard one. We are sure you know what you need to do to have a well-prepared CV. However, here are some tips for doing it. Highlight your qualifications and experience aligned with the job description Make explicit references to projects you've been involved in Explain what your work entailed Include school-related projects or coursework that demonstrate relevant abilities and expertise if you are a candidate for the Futuneer program or have minimal professional experience.

4
Application

Since you already understand who you are, what you are passionate about, and how you can unleash your potential before your application, we trust you to concentrate on the jobs that excite you.

5
Screening Calls

Since you already understand who you are, what you are passionate about, and how you can unleash your potential before your application, we trust you to concentrate on the jobs that excite you.

6
In-person Interviews

Before getting into more technical in-depth interviews, you'll usually have one in-person or video talk. This is often conducted with a recruiter and is aimed to assess critical competencies required for the post. Once we have a smaller pool of candidates, we begin scheduling in-person interviews with technical managers to examine your qualifications correctly.

7
Project Work

While the procedure may vary significantly depending on the role or team, the fundamentals remain the same whether you're looking for a technical or a corporate function job, an internship, or a leadership position. Not all of these may apply to your job, but there are some of the methods we use to evaluate candidates during the recruiting process. Before your in-depth interview, we may require you to perform a minor assignment. This might be anything from preparing a case study or writing code samples, and it helps us learn how you think about and handle challenges. We will notify you as soon as we require any extra materials.

8
Skills Assessment Testing

Before the latest decision, we also utilize tests such as a personality test to understand your characteristics related to future job performance, an aptitude test to assess your cognitive abilities, and an English test to measure your proficiency in the English language.

9
Background and Reference Checks

There is a requirement for pre-employment background checks. We see them as critical to your and GIZIL's success. We ask for references for our most acceptable applicants throughout the latter phases of the selection process. We can obtain feedback on their performance from individuals they've worked within the past, especially previous direct managers.
