Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee our accounting operations, financial reporting, cash flow management, and budgeting processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial records, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support the company's growth not only in Turkiye but also partially to Germany office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Provide leadership and support to accounting and finance team members.
• Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Financial Controller.
• 3+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
• Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Experience with creating financial statements.
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
